Toyota Industries Compressor Parts America, Co. (TICA) held its grand opening ceremony on site on October 9th. TICA is a subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO, President: Akira Onishi), and manufactures components for car air-conditioning compressors bound for the North American market.

Approximately 160 people were in attendance at the ceremony, including Georgia Governor Nathan Deal, and TICO President Akira Onishi.

In addition, TD Automotive Compressor Georgia, LLC (TACG), which is the car air-conditioning compressor production plant located next to TICA, held a ceremony commemorating the 10 year anniversary of the company's establishment.

TICO will continue working to enhance North American production and supply-chain structure to improve the quality and reliability of the products and its competitiveness, in order to meet customer expectations.
