Notice Concerning Changes in Representative Directors and other Executive Managements
The Board of Directors of Toyota Industries Corporation (President: Akira Onishi; "Toyota Industries") resolved at a meeting held on April 27, 2023 to make changes in Representative Directors and other Executive Managements. The changes will be effective as of June 9, 2023.
Meanwhile, Representative Directors, Directors, and Audit and Supervisory Board Members will be officially appointed following resolutions at the 145th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors meeting held on June 9, 2023.
