Developing Electrified Vehicle-Related Power Electronics Products in an Effort to Further Expand the Scope of Its Business

Based on electric drive system development capabilities cultivated through industrial vehicles and other fields, Toyota Industries is engaged in the development and manufacture of automobile-related electronic components and devices. These include DC-DC converters for electric vehicles, in-vehicle chargers, and DC-AC inverters that allow the use of household appliances within the vehicle. With the aim of helping to establish a low-carbon society, we are working to strengthen the marketability of our power electronics products for hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, and fuel cell electric vehicles.
