1st & 2nd Action Plans (FY1994 - FY2001)

Our basic corporate principle states that "Toyota Industries believes that economic growth and conservation of the natural environment are compatible. The Company strives to offer products and services that are clean, safe and of high quality." In accordance with this principle, we launched our First Environmental Action Plan in March 1993. In May 1996, this was revised to create the Second Environmental Action Plan. As shown in the chart below, the Company achieved its objectives for most items in the various action plans.
