The draft part is curved to ensure stable draft. Toyota's proprietary 'S' type calendar prevents lap ticking and allows stable lap formation. An automatic grain adjuster corrects the grain with a suitable coefficient of variation for the entire lap winding process. After the auto counter indicates when the bobbin is full, the auto doffer collects the lap, cuts it, doffs it, and sends in a new bobbin. Auto doffing means continuous machine operation and more overall efficiency. The bearing part is protected from vibration and impact load, so it retains its shape for longer use. The cylinder for lap ascent and descent is installed on the outside of the winding part for easy attachment and detachment.
