  • A screw shaft positive lifting mechanism offers smooth lifting, eliminating chattering and stoppages.

  • The RX240NEW reduces the occurrence of yarn breakage by allowing free setting of the swinging rate.

  • The positive lifting mechanism's screw shafts are covered and its pillars are sealed to prevent fly accumulation.

Compact frame especially designed for easy operation

  • When switching yarn types, there are only three kinds of gears that need to be changed: the total draft change gear, the break draft change gear, and the twist change gear. This simplifies maintenance and minimizes the need to keep a large stock of gears.

  • Apron replacement is easy--just remove the bearing cap, and an operator can release the middle bottom roller. For further convenience, there is no need to check the gear adjustment when reinstalling the middle bottom roller.

  • An automatic drop-type lubrication system permits longer intervals between lubrications.

  • The sturdy middle frame provides strength, precision, and durability over long periods of high-speed operation.

  • A compact design saves installation space.

High-performance doffing with the stationary cop doffer (SCD)

  • The auto doffer reduces downtime to just 1 minute and 45 seconds.

  • Encoder control sets the bar position based on data input from the function panel. Preset bobbin lift positions make initial setup super easy.

  • An aluminum doffing bar provides the necessary rigidity, while its light weight puts less of a burden on the machine's moving parts.
