FILAWARPER High-quality warping by various tension control systems The warper's versatile AC vector inverter motor automatically controls warp tension even when operating at high speeds. When warp yarn breakage or yarn fluff occurs, the Disk Break System at both ends of the spindles quickly repsponds, and automatically stops the machine before warping the broken yarn or fluff onto the warper's beam. The warping length after the breakage or fluff is very short, thus maintaining high-quality warp yarn. A feed-roller system enables free and effective tension adjustment while keeping the tension control at the creel, and can be applied to various counts and types of filament yarn. The warp tension setting can be easily set by a tension meter dial on the control board.
