FILAMASTER CREEL Creel for high-quality warp yarn and easier operation A two-pole type tension compensator enables the tension adjustment of each cheese, and is applicable for various yarn counts and types. With Kawamoto's advanced technology, this two-pole type creel can be operated at higher speeds to boost productivity. The motorized pole-less ring type tension compensator controls the yarn tension of each block easily. This tension compensator attaches warp yarn gently while preventing filament breakage and fluff. Besides two-pole type and pole-less type compensators, other compensators are also available depending on the yarn type and warping conditions. The Turn-type creel allows operators to change the cheese during machine operation, thus saving labor. The yarn quality is further enhanced due to the uniform tension for each warp yarn. The Truck-type creel is effective for large packages because the total length of the creel frame is comparably shorter. Yarn preparation for the creel can be easily done by just changing the trucks.
