FILABEAMER Kawamoto's profound technology for keeping uniform beam quality A powder break system ensures stable tension at warp drawing. The drawing tension is precisely recorded by a meter control and adjusted automatically. Feedback control of the AC Vector Inverter Motor automatically adjusts warping tension regardless of the weaver's beam size. Adjustments of the warping tension and taper tension can be easily set through the control panel. The Filabeamer is also equipped with a popular function panel which enables operators to input various beaming conditions and alternations via its touch screen. All data and reports are displayed on the function panel. The Filabeamer's beam changing system, consisting of an arm and oil-pressure cylinder enables easy attachment/detachment of the beams with one switch. In addition, the beam is firmly caught by the motor-driven beam chucking so that various sizes of beams can be attached and operated at high speed.
