At the meeting held on April 27, 2012, the board of directors of Toyota Industries Corporation resolved on personnel change regarding its representative directors and executives as follows.
It will take effect after the resolution of the 134th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors meeting held on June 14, 2012.
