Environmental Education

To combat the degradation and improve the quality of the environment, it is important to raise the consciousness of each and every employee. To this end, we are emphasizing employee environmental training and education.
Environmental training programs being conducted include courses for employees in accordance with their position in the Company, courses for training ISO 14001 internal auditors, and instruction for personnel working with important environment-related equipment. Through these programs, employees familiarize themselves with our environmental policy, organizational arrangements and responsibilities, as well as deepen their understanding of their individual roles and the significance of those roles.
In addition to these programs, we organize lectures on the environment by people from outside the company and run special features in our in-house newsletter to raise environmental awareness among employees.
